True Emotions for the 14th Time!
Tallinn International Horse Show 2016 is held already for the 14th time this year! All young and old horse fans are welcome to Saku Suurhall to be a part of the years most important horse show from 7th to 9th of October.
Tallinn International Horse Show combines top level equestrian sport, live music and genuine experiences from the horse world. It is a unique event in all Baltics with long traditions and where spectators always return.
The culmination of this years show is the world cup class on Sunday, 9th October at 17.00. Every year, including our own best riders more than 120 top athletes and close to 200 horses from almost 10 countries participate at the show. More than 150 volunteers and 12 000 spectators provide to make this spectacular event possible.
True Emotions from the Entertainment Programme
A memorable show programme is provided for a change to the sporting experience. Anne Veski, a real world class superstar who needs no further introduction will perform on Friday. Right after her show we have scheduled Fancy Dress Show again after many years. Previously we have witnessed great acts by Suburban hags, The A-Team, Agnes and Gabriel, Pipi Longstocking as well as many others. Remains to be seen who our known athletes choose to be this year.
On Saturday an entertaining horse performance will take place. The theme is dedicated to Tori Horse Studs 160th anniversary. In the evening we will see small ponies and move on to everything Ukrainian- Ruslan Trochynskyi with friends and the Ukrainian Cossacks with their head-spinning tricks. The cherrie on top of the day is the six bar competition. Who has seen it knows that you are going home with no voice hands hurting from all the clapping.
For Sunday we have planned the second show with small ponies and classical music from the finalists of the tv show “Classical Stars 2016”. Silvia Ilves (cello) and Kristiina Rokashevich (piano) perform catchy classical pieces together with Danae Taamal (violin). In the end of the show programme we will see the Ukrainian Cossacks again for the last time this year.
The Horse Show is a family event
We wish to entertain the grown ups as well as the children. hereby we would like to cherish our great partners Selver and the Vanemuine Theatre who provide children with a wonderful play area. Our major partners in organising the show are Alexela Group, the city of Tallinn, the Ministry of Culture of the Estonian Republic, FEI (International Federation for Equestrian Sports) and many other successful international and locally owned companies.
